14-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email us at support98642supply@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover it and make it right with a replacement or refund, your choice.

Refunds

Once we confirm your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
